To become a ‘self sustaining’ organization that can raise resources for identified special projects.

FWC’s comparative advantage is the wealth of human resources that it draws from volunteer members of the organization that have been with the organization for 19 years now.

In its effort to expand its leadership and engage newcomers and younger generation in its work, which through a Reflection Process of Change in 2004 that has also become an ongoing process in re-shaping the organization.

FWC has trained the second generation of young women leaders now capable of taking the lead the organization’s management.
